Festival Registration applications must be received in the Smoky Mountain
Festival Office no later than February 15, 2009.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY this check list which is provided to insure your reservation and compliance to terms and conditions

Application and entry fee(s) are to be sent to the Smoky Mountain Music Festival Office NO LATER than February 15, 2009. 2.
$50 deposit per person is due NO LATER than FEBRUARY 15, 2009 PLEASE NOTE that it is important to understand that housing reservations will not be confirmed with the motel until the full amount of the per person deposit has been received.
The festival office will block out motel space for a group any time prior to the February 15 deadline, but after that date, unless the per person deposits have been received, the space will no longer be held.
For deposits received after the deadline, motel assignments will be made based on availability.

Final payment is to be received in the festival office 30 days prior to scheduled weekend. The room list is due 45 days prior to scheduled weekend so the final invoice can be issued in time for the 30 day final payment schedule
